      Who can become a POSP Insurance Agent

      Anyone who believes they have the persuasive skills and the ability to educate others about the importance of insurance is well-suited to become a POSP insurance agent

      To be a certified POSP agent, you need to register with an insurance company or an individual broker. After registering, you must undergo the required training of 15 hrs, and pass the certification test with a minimum passing percentage.

      Eligibility to become a POSP Insurance Agent
      • The person should be a resident of India
      • The person should be at least 18 years old
      • The minimum educational qualification is 10th grade (Secondary school, Matriculation, or any equivalent degree)
      • The person must produce original Aadhar Card and PAN Card
      • A bank account in the applicant’s name is also mandatory
